We were recently experiencing an issue with our FreeBSD router using the wrong IP. It turns out this router issue was because the FreeBSD kernel does not support krt_prefsrc.
So, we migrated to Debian last weekend. The migration went surprisingly smoothly. The issue seems to be resolved.
Now we’re focused on expanding our redundancy.
